Simulacrum 101: How to Unlock the 15‑Wave Delirium Gauntlet
To unlock the 15-wave Delirium Gauntlet known as the Simulacrum in Path of Exile 2, you need to follow these steps:

Collect 300 Simulacrum Splinters:
These splinters drop from enemies during Delirium encounters, which take place in maps or areas influenced by Delirium. Running Delirium-influenced maps with high monster density is an efficient way to farm them, and using Delirium Orbs can increase splinter drop rates. -
Combine the Splinters into a Simulacrum:
Once you’ve gathered all 300 Simulacrum Splinters, you combine them to form a Simulacrum item. -
Activate the Simulacrum at the Realm Gate:
Place the assembled Simulacrum into the Realm Gate, which can be accessed from your Atlas or hideout. Activating it will open portals to the Simulacrum encounter, usually starting in an arena called the Clearfell Lumbermill zone. -
Complete the 15 Waves:
The Simulacrum consists of 15 waves of increasingly difficult Delirium monsters. You must survive and defeat every wave, including periodic boss fights with bosses like Omniphobia and Kosis. Each wave ramps up difficulty with modifiers that strengthen enemies but also increase rewards. -
Rewards and Progression:
Completing the Gauntlet yields unique loot, currency drops, Distilled Emotions, and other valuable rewards. The experience tests your build’s durability and damage output over multiple combat waves.
Unlocking and running the 15-wave Delirium Gauntlet is about farming 300 Simulacrum Splinters from Delirium encounters, assembling them into a Simulacrum item, and then activating it at the Realm Gate to face the gauntlet of waves culminating in challenging boss fights.
