You cannot work as a fully licensed nurse in Singapore without SNB (Singapore Nursing Board) registration. SNB registration is mandatory to practice nursing independently, administer medications, and perform clinical nursing duties. However, foreign nurses without SNB can work in supportive healthcare roles such as <strong data-start=”317″ data-end=”341″>Healthcare Assistant, <strong data-start=”343″ data-end=”369″>Patient Care Associate, or <strong data-start=”374″ data-end=”387″>Caregiver, where they assist with basic patient care under supervision. These roles do not require SNB licensing but provide valuable experience in Singapore’s healthcare system. Many foreign nurses start in these positions while preparing for SNB registration and the licensing exam to qualify as fully registered nurses.
